摘要: This review covers the basic principles and methods of in vitro culture preimplantation mammalian embryos. The features development embryos various species animals with allowance for composition nutrient media are described, special attention paid to those that have traditionally been considered as laboratory (i.e., mice, rats, hamsters). effects suboptimal culturing conditions on formation phenotype individuals developed from these discussed. New approaches optimize analyzed.
