摘要: Abstract The effects of acute intravenous administration ICI 118,587 (Corwin), a partial beta 1 agonist, were studied in nine patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and symptomatic congestive heart failure. Hemodynamic metabolic parameters measured using Swan-Ganz, arterial, coronary sinus catheters. Repeated doses Corwin produced no significant change left ventricular performance, while trend towards decreased blood pressure stroke work was seen. No occurred flow, transmyocardial lactate extraction, or catecholamine release. One patient had depression function hypotension. Thus, infusion beneficial inotropic responses, but rather features suggestive further myocardial depression.
