摘要: The use of viruses for treatment cancer overcomes the bottlenecks chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Several their proteins have been evaluated oncolytic effect. VP3 protein (apoptin) chicken anemia virus is one such with an inherent ability to lyse transformed cells while leaving normal unharmed. In present study, apoptosis inducing potential CAV was in human cervical cell line (HeLa). It found that VP3-induced apoptosis, caspase-dependent intrinsic pathway plays important role cleavage poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) there no evidence involvement death receptor-mediated extrinsic pathway. results this study provide intuitive information strengthen candidacy apoptin as a viral oncotherapeutic agent.
