摘要: Aim: This study was undertaken to assess the differential expression levels of toll-like receptors (TLRs) 2, 3 and 7 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) isolated from Tharparkar Crossbred cattle belonging different regions India. Materials Methods: PBMCs were samples Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI) farm (n=30); Suratgarh (n=61); Jaipur (n=8) cross breed (n=47). RNA cDNA synthesized using random hexamers. The profiles TLR estimated by real-time PCR normalized ‚-actin. Results: Suratgarh, exhibited a significantly higher (p<0.05) constitutive TLR2, TLR3 TLR7 genes as compared IVRI or well crossbred Jaipur. showed all TLRs than IVRI. Conclusion: Our indicates, are for However, basal three Results also indicate that show regional variation pattern TLRs.
