摘要: Abstract A method was developed for the analysis of molecular species 1,2-diacyl- sn -3-glycerophosphocholine and -3-glycerolphosphoethanolamine from natural sources. The involves enzymatic hydrolysis -3 position glycerophospholipids, acetylation newly liberated hydroxyl group high-temperature gas chromatography 1,2-diacyl-3-acetyl- -glycerols. Both chromatographic separation were optimized with chemometric methods.
