摘要: This article reviews the more common DNA-based molecular markers used to genotype species and strains of Cryptococcus. The current schemata for epidemiological typing C. neoformans gattii are defined summarized. Common methods assessing population genetics neoformans–C. complex described exemplified. In addition, epidemiology, ecology geographic distribution Cryptococcus subpopulations reviewed.
