摘要: In severely affected haemophilic patients knee and hip arthropathy is a common problem, which can leads to considerable pain functional deficit. Surgical management, including total arthroplasty, be undertaken if conservative management fails. This paper reviews the outcome of arthroplasty in hip, postoperative long-term complications, impact HIV. Although complications are commonly described surgery technically demanding, results author this review literature suggest that valuable option severe arthropathy.
