摘要: The outcomes of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) and hip (THA) in patients with haemophilia have not been compared other patient populations. aim this study was to compare the results joint replacement therapy without retrospectively. This is a controlled retrospective cohort study. complications long-term 21 TKAs 6 THAs performed 22 were those 42 12 bleeding disorders. Patients matched for type arthroplasty, gender, year surgery age. Blood loss, infection rate, revision, implant survival function as judged by recorded. Haemarthrosis occurred 14 (52%) 27 arthroplasties patients, while four bleedings recorded 54 control group (7%, P <0.001). All bleeds TKAs. In group, two infections both TKAs) seven (13%, 6/7 (NS). all but one (96%) still situ at end follow-up, vs. 44 (81%, NS) group. For TKAs, 20/21 34/42 respectively (P = 0.25). Subjective good 22/27 (81%; 76% 40/54 (74%; 71% controls. Haemophilia experienced significantly more haemarthroses, no they an excellent non-haemophilia
