摘要: This article reviews research done by the author and collaborators in general area of subtraction techniques applied to radiological images, particular contrast-enhanced digital mammography (CEDM). Main achievements have been development phantom validation a formalism subtract images using dual-energy or temporal modalities, proposal hybrid modality called temporal, matrix-based compensation for energy dependence anatomical background subtraction. has validated with non-homogenous measurements clinical iodine-based contrast medium. Results from study led group correlation between CEDM image parameters angiogenic biomarkers murine breast cancer model. Clinical subtracted subjected textural analysis.
