摘要: ✓ The purpose of this study was to determine the symptoms at presentation and incidence intracranial hemorrhage (ICrH) caused by vascular malformations (IVMs) in a defined population. authors used Mayo Clinic medical records linkage system detect all cases IVM among residents Olmsted County, Minnesota, during period 1965 through 1992. Forty-eight IVMs were detected over 27-year period. Twenty-nine 48 patients symptomatic presentation. most common presenting symptom ICrH, which present 20 patients, 69% cases.
