摘要: With globalization and mounting global uncertainties, cultural diversity has become one of the main factors affecting both in–and–out life any organization. Hence, responding to is a challenging organizational priority in order achieve goals. It entails absorbing differences creating healthy environment which all employees feel valued, their talents are fully utilized. During last three decades, commitment gained popularity by examining employees’ link tremendous role shaping future orientation. This study explores between challenges approaches conducting quantitative teachers public primary school Menoufia province (Egypt). Both correlation regression analysis collected data indicate that it true assume not have positive effect on approaches.
