Uncertainty and Teachers’ Organizational Commitment in Egyptian Public Schools

摘要: Ranging from daily to strategic decisions, uncertainty is an integral part of the decision making process in all schools. Regardless their experience, teachers are suffering lack information and unpredictable future events that schools face. Given fact Egypt has tried use education as a mechanism for attaining economic soundness organizational effectiveness, present study explores effect different types (strategic, structural, job-related) on teachers’ commitment approaches (affective, continuance, normative).Upon collecting 150 out 200 distributed questionnaire sets, researchers used correlation regression test hypotheses. The analysis collected data showed negative between two (affective continuance). No relationship was found normative commitment. Keywords : uncertainty; structural job- related commitment;
