摘要: Background & aim: plasma amino acid levels may show differences in regard to physiological changes, diet and diseases. The aim of the study is measure children with celiac disease compare them controls. Material methods: sixty-two classic 62 age sex matched healthy control were enrolled this study. Plasma measured by using tandem mass spectrometry. Results: had significant lower citrulline, glutamine cystine than (p 0.05). Conclusions: indicated that can be variable disease. Further studies a large number size are needed whether acids assays help reflect intestinal mucosal damage for following compatibility gluten free patients.
