摘要: A pertussis vaccination during pregnancy has recently been adopted in several countries to indirectly protect young infants. This study assessed the effect of adding a component tetanus vaccination, immunization program Vietnam. randomized controlled trial was performed. Pregnant women received either Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria acellular pertussis) vaccine or only between 19 and 35 weeks' gestational age. Immunoglobulin G (IgG) against (TT), (DT), toxin (PT), filamentous hemaglutinin (FHA) pertactin (Prn) were measured using commercial ELISA tests, at baseline, 1 month after maternal delivery, infants from cord blood before primary series (EPI: 2-3-4) containing vaccine. Significantly higher geometric mean concentrations (GMC) observed for all 3 antigens offspring group, up 2 months One completion infant schedule, anti-Prn GMC, but not anti-PT anti-FHA GMCs, significantly (p=0.006) control group. Maternal antibodies induced by close susceptibility gap Limited interference with responses observed. Whether this disappears administration fourth dose is further studied.
