摘要: Objectives: The Korean Genome and Epidemiology Study (KoGES), a multicenter-based multi-cohort study, has collected information on body composition using two different bioelectrical impedence analysis (BIA) machines. aim of the study was to evaluate possibility whether test values measured from BIA machines can be integrated through statistical adjustment algorithm under excellent inter-rater reliability. Methods: We selected centers measure reliability set up side by subjects’ compositions between October December 2007. Duplicated 848 subjects were collected. Pearson intra-class correlation coefficients for estimated results To detect feasibility data integration, we constructed compensation models linear regression with residual R-square values. Results: All indicated except mineral mass. However, only duplicated integration not feasible due relatively low R 2 0.8 mass target weight. integrate data, adjusted four empirical variables that age, sex, weight height most ideal (all >0.9). Conclusions: in KoGES have nine Based reliability, algorithmic equations includes weight, height.
