摘要: Abstract A new immunoassay separation technique was developed based on the use of antibody-polymer conjugates with reversible solubility characteristics. Antibody coupled to sodium alginate water-soluble carbodiimide. These could be used in place unmodified antibody various assay formats and removed from solution when desired by converting polymer an insoluble form through pH adjustment or addition metal ions. An enzyme for theophylline demonstrate usefulness approach both manual partially automated procedures.
