摘要: Transport of a polyamine (PA), spermidine (SPMD) into rat brain at various early postischemic periods was studied. Rats underwent 20 min four-vessel occlusion (4VO) followed by 5, 10, 30 and 60 recirculation (RC) with natural temperature. 3H-aminoisobutyricacid (AIB) 14C-SPMD were utilised to search dual functions the blood-brain barrier (BBB); carrier functions, respectively. Unidirectional blood-to-brain transfer constant (Kin) calculated for AIB SPMD in four regions-parieto-temporal cortex, striatum, hippocampus cerebellum. Kin ranged between 1.2+/-0.3 x 10(3) ml g(-1) min(-1) (for striatum) 2.2+/-0.4 cerebellum) controls. showed similar values. At 5 10 RC periods, both substances increased non-specific manner all regions In 3.2+/-0.4 2.9+/-0.3 min(-1), respectively, found be maximum respect other groups specific transport SPMD, whilst there no changes AIB, Hippocampus increase (2.7+/-0.3 min(-1)), corresponding percentage rise 121%. Intraischemic mild hyperthermia (39 degrees C) gave striking postischemia substances. These results suggest that is following forebrain ischemia. Moreover, BBB perturbed intracerebral during
