摘要: Abstract Juvenile chinook salmon Oncorhynchus tshawytscha were fed erythromycin thiocyanate for 21 d at a daily therapeutic dosage of either 0.05 or 0.1 g erythromycin/kg body weight. We analyzed samples liver, spleen, kidney, red muscle, white and plasma removed from fish intervals during after drug administration to determine the concentration present. On all but one sampling date, kidney had highest mean (weight per unit tissue weight) among tissues sampled. The concentrations in offish g/kg did not differ significantly over time while was fed.
