摘要: Adult sockeye salmon, Oncorhynchus nerka (Walbaum), in three different stages of sexual maturity were administered the antibiotic, oxytetracycline, by injection (intraperitoneal and intramuscular), water bath exposure stomach capsule implant. Concentrations antibiotic in, its disappearance from serum determined. For all most efficacious route administration based on maximum titre duration was provided intraperitonial injection. Intramuscular application produced a positive effect, albeit at markedly lower level, groups fish. Oral implants resulted only minor uptake fully ripe Immersion fish solutions oxytetracycline without effect.
