摘要: To assess the contribution of multidisciplinary team meetings (MTM) on vestibular schwannoma management as well to (1) compare professional compliance national guidelines and (2) study percentage loss follow-up in cases conservative by radiologic observation. A retrospective descriptive MTMs held between January 2011 May 2013 a tertiary referral center. Patients were classified three groups according MTM decision (observation, surgery or radiotherapy). total 363 discussed during period (29 months). One hundred ninety-four decisions (53.4 %) for with observation, 130 (35.8 %) surgery, 39 (10.7 %) radiation therapy. The sex ratio was 0.94, patients had median age 59 years (range 18–86 years). Most schwannomas (74.2 %) small (stages I II). Global concordance International Radiosurgery Association 88.7 %. Twenty-three percent 104 files that July 2012, which decided, lost 18 months. Management remains controversial, but it usually depends evolutive status. improve practice facilitate creation maintenance local registries. Future studies are warranted evaluate benefit evaluated if could optimize long-term follow-up, limiting observation may be evolutive.
