摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy linear accelerator (LINAC)-based radiosurgery in treatment acoustic neuromas. In retrospective study, we enrolled 75 patients with non-neurofibromatosis type 2 neuromas who were followed-up for more than 5 years. divided into 3 groups: a newly diagnosed tumor; those residual and recurrent tumor. average follow-up period 97.8 months. overall tumor progression-free rate 92%, corresponding rates among tumors 100%, 84.4%, 92.8% (p = 0.028). Lesion localization using CT scans correlated higher tendency progression lesion CT–MRI fusion images (15.6% versus 2.4%, respectively). Residual treated have rate, careful image is required.
