摘要: Objective: To evaluate which variables predict interictal psychosis in epilepsy. Methods: The authors reviewed the biological backgrounds, clinical characteristics, and EEG findings 246 patients with epilepsy 658 control no psychotic history. With a logistic regression approach, significance of each variable for development was evaluated. Results: There are significant differences family history psychosis, age at onset epilepsy, type lateralization epileptiform discharges, level intelligence between those without it. Subsequent analysis all demonstrated that seizures, significantly correlated psychosis. Conclusions: A earlier complex partial seizures or generalized tonic clonic borderline intellectual functioning were most important predictors
