摘要: Objective: To evaluate which variables predict interictal psychosis in epilepsy. Methods: The authors reviewed the biological backgrounds, clinical characteristics, and EEG findings 246 patients with epilepsy 658 control no psychotic history. With a logistic regression approach, significance of each variable for development was evaluated. Results: There are significant differences family history psychosis, age at onset epilepsy, type lateralization epileptiform discharges, level intelligence between those without it. Subsequent analysis all demonstrated that seizures, significantly correlated psychosis.
