Brief Report: Vocational Outcomes for Young Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders at Six Months After Virtual Reality Job Interview Training

摘要: Young adults with high-functioning autism spectrum disorder (ASD) have low employment rates and job interviewing presents a critical barrier to for them. Results from prior randomized controlled efficacy trial suggested virtual reality interview training (VR-JIT) improved skills among trainees ASD, but not controls ASD. We conducted brief survey 23 of 26 participants this study evaluate their vocational outcomes at 6-month follow-up focus on whether or they attained competitive position (employment volunteering).
