摘要: Compounds of the following formula are provided: In Formula (I), R 1 is —X—R ′; in which ′ optionally substituted lower alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, or heterocyclyl, and X —NH—. 2 alkyl with one, two three groups chosen from hydroxy, alkoxy, halogen. And 3 —NR 4 5 ; hydrogen amino; (ii) both hydroxy amino. It to be understood that not cyclohexylmethyl, phenyl, benzyl, phenylethyl, m-hydroxybenzyl. The compounds inhibit CDK-2 activity useful for treating disorders characterized by undesirable cell proliferation.
