摘要: Abstract Fed rats were exercised until exhaustion by almost 65% V02max on a treadmill. In 2.5 min after the exercise, blood was collected from various vessels of splanchnic bed. Metabolites, glucose, lactate, ketone body, and nitrogencompounds in plasma, measured. Glucose excretion liver increased but not significant. The absorption kidney decreased to 30% exercise. Lactate highly absorbed kidney, lower limbs, digestive tract Exercise caused 200–300% increase β-hydroxybutyrate, limbs decreased. These data suggest that glucose is good carbon source for recovery, lactate more useful than body less effective at very early recovery phase under fed condition. Amino acid balances each organ except positive showing anabolic conditions these organs even exhaustive exercise Most amino concentrations plasma tended decrease 60–90% acids excreted tract, eventually both rested rat. therefore, seems be primary pool supply them during inter meal. Urea ammonia active deamination carrying on. resulted skeletons might used gluconeogenesis liver.
