Multimycotoxin analysis of crude extracts of nuts with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry

摘要: Abstract A reliable, fast and simple method using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with heated electrospray ionization triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (UHPLC/HESI-MS/MS) was developed for the simultaneous determination of aflatoxins B1, G1, B2 G2, ochratoxin (OTA), zearalenone (ZEA), HT-2 toxin, T-2 toxin fumonisins B1 in crude extracts various types nuts. The procedure is based on extraction selected mycotoxins a mixture acetonitrile/water/acetic acid (79:20:1, v/v/v) defatting obtained extract hexane order to remove lipids. validation data indicated that analysis different nuts feasible sensitive enough majority studied mycotoxins. recoveries matrices ranged between 71.25% 140.11% relative standard deviation lower than 12%. satisfactory were most walnut matrix-matched calibration curves indicating multi-matrix feasibility method. applicability successfully demonstrated 17 samples collected region northern Serbian province Vojvodina.
