摘要: Optical fiber-based biosensors are an emerging field of research with extremely broad area possible applications and a disruptive potential to turn the paradigm known as lab-on-fiber into reality. In past few years, variety system choices has been explored, ranging from type sensing fiber, optical transducing element, amplification strategies. We revise some approaches design biosensor, highlighting their advantages disadvantages, based on previous literature experience our groups. The discussion is focused onto DNA systems, especially in label-free format, where hybridization recognition sought sequence translated directly modification fiber properties.
