摘要: This study concerns the definition of carcinoma gastric cardia. The topography esophagogastric mucosal junction (mucosal EGJ) was investigated with an endoscope in 182 patients who were free hiatal hernias, ulcers, and neoplasms esophagus stomach. relationship between EGJ cardiac gland area then examined histologically 56 resected specimens containing intact EGJs cardia areas. Furthermore cancerous center determined; shortest distance amount esophageal invasion measured 102 carcinomas located close to junction; contained good enough for pathohistological examination. 0.5–1.0 cm proximal His angle (the cardia) radiological endoscopic examinations. Histologically found straddle at a range about 1 2 distal junction. Among upper stomach carcinomas, most tumors (87.5%) whose within from invaded esophagus. In conclusion, is defined as lesion its EGJ.
