摘要: Superoxide dismutase (SOD) has been proposed to be used as a bioindicator for environmental impact assessment. From survey of SOD activity in black porgy, Acanthopagrus schlegeli, we found that Cu/Zu was distributed rather evenly 6 tissues, and addition, only heart, liver, testis had Mn SOD. We purified Cu/Zn from muscle homogeneity by procedure includes heating at 65 ℃ fractionation on 2 chromatographic columns. The molecular mass the native enzyme 33 kDa subunit mass, deduced cDNA sequence, 15.85 kDa. Thus appeared homodimer. It an N-terminal sequence VLKAVCVLKGAGQTTGVV. specific 3318 u/mg, broad optimum pH range 5.8 11.2 resistant both proteolysis trypsin chymotrypsin heat denaturation. thermal inactivation rate constant 80℃ -0.0237 min^(-1) half life 27.8 min.
