摘要: Abstract The biofunctionalization of scaffolds for tissue engineering is crucial to improve the results regenerative therapies. This study compared effect platelet-functionalization 2D electrospun and 3D centrifugal spun on osteogenic potential hMSCs. Scaffolds prepared from poly-e-caprolactone, using electrospinning spinning technology, were functionalized five different concentrations platelets.
