摘要: Arginine plays an important role in cardiovascular diseases, especially as a nitric oxide precursor leading to vasodilation. The present study focuses, on the effect of arginine/lysine (Arg : Lys) ratio protein form and free amino acid hypertension hypercholesterolemic Wistar rats. Hypertension was induced by administration L-NAME (Nω-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester hydrochloride) orally for 16 weeks high cholesterol fed Arginine : lysine is Moringa seed isolate (MPI) compared other oilseed proteins. After inducting, treatment groups were supplemented with diets containing (MPI-LN) acids (FAA-LN) 6 weeks. A decrease systolic blood pressure (SBP) observed after treatment. MPI-LN FAA-LN exhibited 126.6 ± 2.2 mmHg 127.5 0.2 SBP respectively, which less hypertensive rats (146.7 4.5 mmHg). markers such angiotensin-I converting enzyme (ACE) nitrate levels kidney analysed. 10.30 3.7 nmoles per mg min 37.56 ACE activity respectively. In both groups, 50% Increase (30%) (0.47 0.04 μM g−1) (0.4 0.06 From results, it evident that Arg : Lys has regulation. Lipid profiles plasma showed triacylglyceride liver triacyglyceride groups. strongly affects metabolic pathways moderate hypercholesterolemia.
