摘要: D1-murine leukemia virus (MuLV), an N-tropic type-C isolated from a spontaneous reticulum cell neoplasm, type B (RCN-B) of SJL/J mouse was propagated in NIH Swiss embryo cultures. When injected into BALB/c mice 1 day after neonatal thymectomy, 30% the inoculated developed RCN-B 5 months, whereas none uninoculated controls did. From spleen and lymph node extracts all RCN-B-bearing tested, B-tropic viruses (designated E1-MuLV) were high titers (10-5 minus 10-6 XC plaque-forming units/ml). Only low (10-1 10-2 units/ml) N- or those thymectomized mice, but nontumorous, only detected mice. No nonthymectomized, untreated controls. Antigenically, viral envelope antigen (VEA) E1-MuLV distinct DU-MuLV, xVEA, Gross-VEA, some cross reaction with AKR-MuLV-VEA observed. The relationship D1-MuLV to E1-MuVL respect oncogenesis genome activation discussed.
