摘要: Publisher Summary The biology of cancer has been an area intensive investigation for several years. Cancer remains one the most challenging fields in 20th century. Research attracted scientists from numerous disciplines and provided impetus investigations molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology. Convincing evidence immune surveillance areas neoantigens, host response, regulation. However, was primarily derived experimental studies animals using virally induced tumors or long-term transplantable chemically tumors. spontaneously arising reticulum cell sarcoma (RCS) SJL/J mice is a good tumor system investigation. heterogeneity with unknown origin resembles ill-defined spontaneous man. Because RCS offers unique features, have new concepts RCS. also human neoplastic diseases such as Hodgkin's other undifferentiated lymphomas and, therefore, can be used model to investigate neoplasia.
