摘要: A collection of 356 isolates Aspergillus spp. collected during 2006 and 2007 from grapevines in northern Italy were identified through Internal Transcribed Spacer based Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (ITS-RFLP) tested for ochratoxin (OTA) production. endonuclease digestion the ITS products using endonucleases HhaI, HinfI RsaI, distinguished five different RFLPs. From each pattern, three samples sequenced nucleotide sequences showed species corresponding to niger, A. carbonarius, tubingensis, japonicus aculeatus. By comparing regions, also uniseriate aculeatus could be differentiated by products. Among aspergilli, niger was major associated with grapes (57.4%), while carbonarius (46.6%). All strains their ability produce OTA on Yeast extract sucrose medium (YES), as it an optimal substrate evaluation production black aspergilli. Out isolates, 63 (17.7%) produced ranging 0.05 3.0 µg mL−1. Most ochratoxigenic (46) both years, but some tubingensis (11) (6) lower amounts OTA.
