摘要: Glioma is a type of tumor derived from glial cells, which associated with high level incidence and mortality. At present, the generation fast efficient method to evaluate malignancy grade glioma required. Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are currently attracting attention in oncological studies; therefore, present study aimed investigate novel biomarkers CSCs, order provide new criteria for grading glioma. The mRNA expression levels CD133, (sex determining region Y)-box 2, nestin, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K) were detected 15 human samples high-malignancy 12 low-malignancy vitro.
