摘要: AbstractPurpose: In the months following radiotherapy, a rapid recurrence of glioblastoma multiforme occurs in periphery resection cavity. The aim this study was to assess contribution irradiation brain infiltration profile glioma cells.Material and methods: Using F98/Fischer rat model, we either irradiated brain, F98 cancer cells, or both separately investigate effects radiation. Inflammatory cytokines pro-infiltration molecules were measured brain.Results: A stimulation interleukin-1β transforming growth factor β1 expression 4 h after supported induction inflammation. Early elevated phospholipase A2 also followed by cyclooxygenase-2 from day 5 20 irradiation.
