摘要: Phylogenetic analysis of the envelope gene sequence (E) three isolated Dengue virus type 1 (DEN-1) sequences from Costa Rican 1993 epidemic was performed. All strains fell into genotype V. Genotype V has grouped all America, Africa and two Asia. are closely related to strain Angola Brazil 1990 strain. able cause DHF but with low clinical disease severity incidence maybe because virulence.
