摘要: The answer to the new demands of labor market, characterized by social and technological changes, requires development strategies from production system organizations for continuous updating their individual organizational skills. Moreover, it is a fact that one great challenges Brazil promoting sustainable economic in various regions. Programs training, education professional qualification an open environment contribute this development. It necessary understand how learning processes transfer different environments corporate professionals occurs. This article aims field work psychology make critical analysis literature about process induced instruction context work. To achieve goal, we discuss concepts, theories approaches related human at with emphasis on instruction.
