摘要: An electroactive poly(3,4-(2,2-dimethylpropylenedioxy)thiophene) (PProDOT-Me-2) thin film was electropolymerized by cyclic voltammetry technique, and its electrochemical electrochromic properties were systematically studied. The prepared PProDOT-Me-2 electrochemically reversible, it showed a linear relation between peak current with scan rates. impedance spectrum also indicated the diffusion limitation of during charge/discharge process. good color contrast (60 %) low applying potential 1.2 V. window (ECW) based on PPro-DOT-Me-2 fabricated studied for performance. device achieved as 36 % at lambda(max) 560 nm. switching speed ECW coloring bleaching almost 0.7 s in range +1.5 to -1.5 better response remarkable stability over 100 cycles. novelty is maximum absorbance photopic wavelength that would be highly sensitive human eyes.
