Synthesis, morphology and optical properties of nanocomposite thin films based on polypyrrole-bromo-aluminium phthalocyanine

摘要: This paper is focused on the synthesis of nanocomposite Polypyrrole–Bromoaluminium phthalocyanine (PPy-BrAlPc). Morphology prepared nano-compositethin films by electron beam evaporation technique have been well characterized Field Emission-Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM). FESEM shows that grain sizes are increased with increase in concentration pyrrole. The optical properties thin investigated using a spectrophotometric measurement absorbance wavelength range 300–800 nm. Absorption spectra show B-band UV region followed Q-band visible region. Moreover, band gaps evaluated. It found energy gap increases as Bromo-aluminium increases.
