摘要: The family of p21-activated kinases (PAKs) is a set signal transducers and key regulators many essential cellular processes including cell growth, morphology, motility, survival, gene transcription, hormone signaling. In mammals, six distinct Ser/Thr the PAK have been identified. They are grouped into two subfamilies based on their domain architecture regulation: group I (PAK1–3) II (PAK4–6). Due to central function in signaling, PAKs regulated several levels, deregulation/dysfunction has often linked development cancer other diseases. therefore emerged as attractive targets for novel therapeutic strategies. this chapter, 3D structure-based molecular mechanisms regulation will be reviewed.
