摘要: We cloned cDNAs encoding PC1 and PC2 from a cDNA library constructed for the anterior pituitary gland of bullfrog (Rana catesbeiana) sequenced them. The consisted 2972 base pairs (bp) with an open reading frame 2208 bp encoded protein 736 amino acids, including putative signal peptide 26 acids. showed high homology to R. ridibunda (95.1%) mammalian (72.6%). 2242 1914 638 23 This (95.5%) (84.8%). catalytic triad serine proteinases subtilisin family was found at Asp-168, His-209, Ser-383 in Asp-167, His-208, Ser-384 protein. In situ hybridization staining revealed that mRNA detected corticotrope cells tadpoles, but not those adults. adult, only pars distalis both mRNAs were intermedia. data also expressed gonadotrope cells.
