摘要: The invention relates to specific binding members for estradiol and materials methods relating thereto, in particular antibodies or domains thereof which have high affinities (low dissociation constants) low cross-reactivity other steroids. further provides means make such members, assay the detection and/or quantitation of estradiol, nucleic acid encoding said may be used their production. Preferred include those with CDR regions D12 antibody heavy light chain (SEQ ID NO:2 SEQ NO:12 respectively).
