摘要: Some of the protein interactions are still unidentified. Thus, many research about had been held. HIV-1 is a dangerous virus that has no medicine yet. The proteins and human leads to insight drug target prediction. Biclustering technique beginning step before prediction step. process cluster dataset through two perspectives. result biclustering can be applied predict unidentified interactions. Currently, this more efficiently effectively than experimental method. LCM-MBC one algorithms find biclusters from dataset. This algorithm uses graph theory as basic obtain maximal biclique. represent enumeration tree. Every subtree bicliques which biclusters. performs quickly in term memory consumptions. In research, we apply for 16215 types between proteins. We 852 bicluster size 4 rows 204 columns.
