摘要: The fundamentals of phase separations single-crystal III-V nitride nanowires grown by self-catalytic chemical vapor deposition method have been studied. Experimental tools, such as high resolution transmission electron microscopy and scanning microscopy, used to characterize the nanowires. study indicates that with diameters exceeding about 100 nm undergo transitions and/or crystal structure deterioration. highlights a relationship between kinetics growth
