摘要: AbstractObjectives: Cognitive deficits are one of the frequent symptoms accompanying epilepsy or its treatment.Methods: In this study, effect on cognition intraperitoneally administered antiepileptic drug, pregabalin (10 mg/kg), was investigated in scopolamine-induced memory-impaired mice passive avoidance task and Morris water maze task. The scopolamine animals’ locomotor activity also studied.Results: retention phase task, reversed memory induced by (p < 0.05). During acquisition pregabalin-treated performed test with longer escape latencies than vehicle-treated (significant at p < 0.05 Day 5, p < 0.001 6).
