摘要: New techniques for fabricating Ag/LB/Mg structures have been developed which yield having insulating properties in the absence of metal oxide layer. This has allowed an original study conduction processes through multilayers 22-tricosenoic acid down to a thickness only bilayer this material. The room temperature conductance G was found be independent frequency from 0.001 0.1 Hz, but changed G( omega ) varies as f0.7 dependence higher signals 10 105 Hz. low- and high-bias results showed change mechanism with layer thickness, associated possible differences LB structure between first subsequently deposited monolayers. greater than six monolayers that logarithm current proportional square root voltage, characteristic Schottky or Poole-Frenkel mechanism. Assuming describe height barrier calculated 1.06+or-0.04 V.
