摘要: Land markets are the subject of political debate in many countries where discussions focus on themes such as externalities, urban growth and role land speculation. Examples negative externalities can be found agriculture use pesticides reduce biodiversity downgrade quality nature areas. Other examples include industries that cause pollution nearby residential areas or construction new diminish amount open space for existing residents. Open is becoming increasingly important densely populated prosperity increases. As a result, valuation has started to become research topic among economists. Spatial patterns development have been another theme about several decades. A related issue relationship between accessibility, transport infrastructure projects values. Another area involves allocation ownership titles speculators, particularly booming. Market forces play an all these phenomena but, depending institutional arrangements place any one country, involvement governments also critically important. An economic analysis both market government intervention will help improve our understanding issues.
