摘要: OBJECTIVES To evaluate observer agreement using qualitative goal-directed echocardiographic criteria for right ventricular (RV) dysfunction prognostication in submassive pulmonary embolism (PE). METHODS Two emergency physicians and 2 cardiologists independently reviewed 31 packets of video clips consisting at least 3 windows obtained by from normotensive patients with PE. Nine were repeated to assess intraobserver agreement. Right on echocardiography as follows: RV enlargement was present, a right-to-left basal diameter ratio 1.0 or higher blunting the apex more different windows; systolic present if tricuspid annulus moved toward 10 mm less there free wall hypokinesis; septal deviation any flattening septum left ventricle. RESULTS Among 4 participants, 83.9% presence absence (κ = 0.84), 74.2% 0.69), 71.0% 0.59). Intraobserver 100% each variable 1.0). CONCLUSIONS Agreement substantial both severe moderate deviation. assessment is reproducible PE risk stratification.
