摘要: The use of CE with contactless conductivity detection was evaluated for monitoring enzymatic reactions. nonionic species ethanol, glucose, ethyl acetate, and butyrate were made accessible analysis by via charged products or by-products obtained in conversions using hexokinase, glucose oxidase, alcohol dehydrogenase, esterase. Two the reactions, namely conversion oxidase that ethylacetate esterase, also successfully demonstrated on a microchip device. Quantification taken as an example, found possible limit approximately 7 microM.
